How we handle website enquiries and AI consultation.
Enquiries
Your name, email, optional company and project details are used to review and respond to your enquiry. The contact form is processed by FormSubmit and delivered to info@haoyue.sg. FormSubmit operates separately and may retain submission records for up to 30 days according to its published documentation. Data may be processed outside Singapore.
AI consultation
When enabled, public service questions and recent conversation context are processed by Google Gemini through Cloudflare. AI replies may be inaccurate and do not form a quotation or project commitment. Google may use free-tier conversations to improve products. Do not enter personal, sensitive or confidential information. We do not keep an AI conversation database; short-lived hashed request counters are used to control abuse. You must be 18 or older to use the AI consultation.
Human follow-up
AI conversation alone does not notify a colleague. If you submit the contact-details form inside the chat or the project enquiry form, this browser’s current consultation text may be included so the team can understand your request. Contact details from the enquiry form are not sent to Gemini.
Website services
Cloudflare delivers and protects this website. Google Fonts supplies typefaces. These providers may process normal connection information. We do not use advertising trackers. Contact us at info@haoyue.sg to ask about access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information; legal and operational retention requirements may apply.
